Hear from CASE data experts on the latest alumni engagement trends and key findings globally. CASE's Alumni Engagement Metrics Survey enables institutions to measure alumni engagement across four “modes”:  Philanthropic, Volunteer, Experiential, and Communications, with the goal of providing a simple way to capture various types of alumni engagement on an annual basis.

CASE Europe Advancement Institute - Frankfurt - 24-26 June 2025

Designed for mid-career professionals, the CASE Europe Advancement Institute will demonstrate the value of an integrated approach to advancement activities, covering the breadth of advancement disciplines (alumni relations, fundraising, communications and marketing). This interactive, learning-focused programme will help you map out how you can contribute to institutional goals and ensure your work is recognised. 

As a delegate, you will join a tutor group, facilitated by an experienced member of the profession. At each tutor group session, you will discuss the content covered in the programme and have space to address challenges and solve problems that you are currently facing at your Institution.
